Why haven't I received an order update? It's past the delivery duration

Please refer to this post for the general delivery duration for your traffic plan.

If you've waited beyond this time frame and still haven't received an update, please check your spam folder as the most common cause is due to our email being caught in customer's spam folders.

If there are no emails in your spam folder, it may be that the email you used to place the order contained a typo. Please contact our support team with your name or Order ID as well as the correct email address. Our team will be able to correct your email in our system, along with providing you with an order update.
