To request for a refund, provide us with your name or email used to place your order, or your Order ID. Refunds are processed within 48 hours and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note, refunds take 7 - 9 business days by most banks to process.
Cancelling a subscription
There are two ways you can cancel a subscription.
1. Self Serve.
To cancel your subscription, login to your account here, click on "Manage Subscriptions". Here, you can pause, cancel, upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime. There are no penalties for cancelling subscriptions.
2. Contact Support team.
You can also cancel your subscription easily by emailing our team or messaging us using our Live Chat box in the bottom right corner of our website. Simply provide us with the email used to place your order or your Order ID. If you have multiple subscriptions with us, please specify which subscription you'd like us to cancel for you.
