I can't login. It says no account found

In this post, we'll go through what may be causing the error you're seeing, and steps to fix this for you.

Why this is happening

If you are seeing an error when trying to login that says no account has been found and you've already placed an order from us. This is likely because your order was placed as a Guest account.

By default, accounts are optional and many customers place an order without completing the full account registration steps.

How to fix it

To login, please reach out to our support team with your name, email or order ID and our support team will be able to send you an Account Activation link. This link will allow you to setup your password and activate your account.

Once activated, you'll be able to login to do things like:

- Managing your subscription, including pause, cancel, upgrade or downgrade plans
- Updating billing information like your credit card on file
- View your past orders and fulfillment status

If you just need to make changes like cancel a subscription, you can request to have it cancelled with our support team without having to setup your account.
