My tracking link has an issue

This post goes over why your tracking link might not be opening, or why you may be seeing an error.

The two most common issues are:

1. Expired SSL certificate
2. 404 not found errors

Solutions

1. Wait 24 hours

The most likely cause is that it sometimes takes 24 hours for a tracking link to be fully setup. Try opening the tracking link again in a day to see if the issue has been resolved.

2. Clear browser cache or cookie

You may be experiencing issues even after waiting for a day. In this case, try again with the private or incognito mode of your browser,cuse a different browser, or use your phone. If the tracking link works, try clearing your cache or cookie of your original browser to fix the issue.
